[Student records](https://supporttest.go4schools.com/mis/student-records?hsLang=en-gb) # Data Uploads–(GIAP) Pupil Premium To update information for students regarding their eligibility for Pupil Premium we recommend that the latest data is downloaded from Get Information about Pupils (GIAP) through the DfE Secure Sign in website.   Once signed into GIAP select the ‘downloads’ tab and then you can download the pre-prepared pupil premium file. #### **Permissions needed to upload the GIAP-PP file** To upload the file staff will need the 'Can manage student characteristics' permission, found in the 'Student characteristics' drop-down.  They will also need the view permissions.
