# Exam finance reports

#### **Required permissions**

**To view or generate exam finance reports you will need the following two permissions found under the Exams drop-down.**

- **Can view exams**
- **Can manage exams**

#### **Generating finance reports**

Finance reports are available from the Exams Season page: **Curriculum \> Exams \> Exam Seasons.** Click on the name of the required exam season and use the '**Go to...**' drop-down to select '**Finance report**'.

On the summary page, fees are split by series, and details of the number of entries and total costs are also included.

A further breakdown of costs is available by selecting the **Awarding body(s)** and clicking on **Next.**

The fee information is now broken down into individual awards.  Select the required row(s) and click on **Next** to view a more detailed report.   Costs of entries can be split by Centre and Private entries, if required.

A total for each selected Awarding Body/series is included, together with an overall total.  This information can be printed or downloaded as a .CSV file, if required.
