# Exam Statements of Entry

#### **Permissions**

To view or print exam Statements of Entry you will need the following two permissions found under the Exams drop-down:

#### **Generating exam Statements of Entry**

**Curriculum \> Exams \> Statement of Entry**

Click on the **+Create entry sheets** link:

Statements of Entry can include multiple exam seasons, if required.  Select the required season(s) and click on **Next**.

The student selector will only include students who have active entries for the selected season(s).   Search for students, or select by year/reg group and click on **Next**.

Statements of Entry will automatically contain the following wording:  
*“This is your Statement of Entry. Please check very carefully and advise the exams officer immediately if there are any errors or omissions”.*

Use the toggle to add/remove a signature and date field and add any extra text required to display in the footer note box.

Use the toggle to include exam fees, if required.  Individual Statements of Entry can be viewed by selecting the candidate’s name, and can be printed using the **Print entry sheets** option.  They will print in Registration group order.  Statements of Entry can also be downloaded to a .CSV file.

To create more Statements of Entry, use the **+Create entry sheets** option and repeat the process above.
