# House Management

#### **Setting up Houses**

Navigate to **Curriculum \> Curriculum set up \> House Management** to access the page.  To add a House select ‘Add House’ .

Insert the name of the house in the modal and save.

Houses will now display as a list on the page with a count of student numbers in each house:

#### **Adding students to houses**

Click on the house name to access the page listing the details and student memberships.  From this page students can be moved, removed or added to houses.

To add students, select the **‘Manage students’** button to access the student selector.  From here students can be searched individually or added from Pre-admission or Year groups to the house:

Students can also be removed individually or in bulk by using the **‘Remove**’ option. 

Alternatively using the CSV tab in the student selector students can be uploaded by using a list of UPN’s in a CSV file to add in bulk.

#### **Moving students from a House**

On the specific house page students can be sorted and then selected from the list.  Once selected the option to **‘Move to house’** or **‘Remove students’** is available:

Select **‘Move to House’** to access a modal to add in choose from the list the House where the students need to move to, then save.
