[Timetables](https://supporttest.go4schools.com/mis/timetables?hsLang=en-gb) # Managing premises This allows you to add sites and rooms to the GO 4 Schools MIS.  A school manager role has the permission to add and amend premises.  This is accessed via the ‘School’ menu icon on the menu and then under 'Rooms & Sites'. #### **Permissions relating to premises management** **To view premises information (rooms and sites) staff will need the 'Can view premises' permission, found in the 'Premises' drop-down. Select '**+ Add new room**' and complete the details required including, room code, name, area, site, capacity and facilities.
