# Student record - Subject access request report

To produce a subject access request you will need to utilise a range of reports in the GO 4 Schools MIS.  The main student data is available from the student record page via the 'Go to' link on the page.

This will generate a record of all data included on the student record page in the MIS.  

The 'Options' menu allows details to be hidden within the SAR including any sections of the report that are not required as part of the request.  Hiding historical data will produce a report with only the current set of data held within the record.

The page can be printed from the browser to a PDF.

Data for attendance and behaviour can be downloaded from the student page for specific data tables or the full download options:

Data for homework, student documents, reports can also all be accessed from the student page.
