[Attendance Module Guides](https://supporttest.go4schools.com/modular/attendance-module-guides?hsLang=en-gb) # Attendance CSV downloads The [**CSV Downloads**](https://www.go4schools.com/schools/CSVDownloads.aspx) page, available under the **Attendance** menu allows attendance officers to download predefined datasets related to attendance data as follows: - **Students late for AM/PM sessions** - An export of all students with an L or U mark by session. - **Students late for lessons** - An export of all students with an L or U mark for lessons. - **Export L and N session marks by year group** - An export of all the L and N session attendance marks for students in a year group. - **Export today's absence list** - An export of all students who are not present for at least one session today. - **Export today's AEA list** - An export of all students who are on authorised educational activity for at least one session today. - **Export Session note listing for all year groups by date** - An export of all studetns who have details in the attendance notes for any session in the date range. - **Export of attendance counts for COVID-19 data reporting to the DfE** - An export of all counts of attendance codes and alias codes to assist in reporting daily figures to the DfE. - **Export X session marks with a summary table for whole school** - An export of all students who have an X code or an X code alias. Includes a table with percentages - **Export attendance mark audit trail** - An export of all changed session marks with timestamps and staff names. - **Export mismatches between session 1 and period 1** An export of all attendance marks recorded for students that differ between session 1 and period 1. - **Attendance alias mark download** Export of session and lesson mark alias by date range and subject - **Lesson Notes** An export of all lesson marks which have an attached note. - **Export session marks with a summary table for whole school** An export of all students who have a selected attendance mark or attendance mark alias. Includes a totals table with percentages - **Export Session Note listing for all Year Groups by Date** An export of all students who have details in the attendance notes for any session on this day - **Export consecutive student absences** An export of all students who have had consecutive absences of at least 3, 5, 7, 9 or 10 days. - **Export student absence instances** An export of all students with at least one recorded absence instance.
