[Attendance Module Guides](https://supporttest.go4schools.com/modular/attendance-module-guides?hsLang=en-gb) # Bulk recording tools To make it easier to record bulk attendance, we've included some extra tools for attendance officers. ### **Single session/lesson recording** At the top of each column is a **+** which when clicked will allow you to record marks/add notes for an entire column. When clicked you can select a mark to record for all students, or using the **BLANK** option, remove all marks for a column. To overwrite any existing marks, you need to select to **Overwrite existing marks and notes** option. If you'd like to just enter a note, you can click the option to add a note, and then select the **Insert note only** option: ### ![](https://supporttest.go4schools.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Apr-10-2026-04-36-10-0527-PM.png?width=412&height=385&name=undefined-Apr-10-2026-04-36-10-0527-PM.png) ### **Group recording over multiple days/lessons** In certain instances, you may need to record a set of marks for a single student/group of students over a period of time.
