# Copying sessions from week to week

To assist in setting up sessions across the academic year, there is a copying function to copy a week's detentions to future weeks. The copy function will only work to copy into empty weeks - meaning no sessions currently set up in the week you are copying to. The functionality also copies into weeks that match the current week, so where a school has a two week timetable, week one will copy to the next week one, week two to week two. When copying you can also choose to include the supervisor.

Using the time interval box will allow you to see detention sessions across a period of time instead of just a week.
