# Editing a prepared report

Once a report has been prepared for publication it will no longer track changes to marks, behaviour, or attendance. Although it is locked for editing by staff, as school manager or report manager can manually edit any of the white boxed fields shown below:

It is important to note that if the report is published to students/parents, these changes will immediately be displayed to students/parents.
