# Overview of report content

Reports can include the following information:

- Summative grades, whether target or progress grades. These grades are automatically collected from the left side of markbooks.
- Residual data - this is connected to your grades, and can display colour, band, and values.
- Summary behaviour information, whether from your MIS or the GO 4 Schools behaviour module. This is automatically populated if included.
- Attendance statistics, which are automatically populated if included.
- Comments from teachers, which can be entered by teachers using free text and/or comment banks. If you are going to produce reports with teacher comments, you should consider setting up comment banks in advance and consider what length limit you may want to place on a teacher's comment.
- Attributes, which you define, such as **Attitude to learning**, from which teachers pick appropriate choices. These can be attached to markbooks, or entered in the report screens. If you are going to produce reports with attributes, you should set the attributes up in advance.

Each set of reports has a year group of students as its focus and will, by default, include all students in the year group and all subjects that they study, even if those subjects are from other year groups. You can however excluded specific students and subjects if required.
