# The student page
Whenever you see a student's name in GO 4 Schools you can click it to navigate to their **Student page.** This page summarises information held about the student in GO 4 Schools.
Initially the **Overview** tab is loaded, which gives you a quick glance at the student's timetable for the day, any homework due within the previous/future seven days, summary behaviour and attendance charts, and at the bottom a quick glance view of their residual data.
Clicking the **More options** (**...**)icon from the timetable gives access to quickly record attendance, raise a behaviour event or set homework for the student.
It also provides links to parental contact details (if shown to staff) and quick notes (if enabled, SIMS schools only).
Using the icons on the left, you can work through the other tabs that give further detail on the relevant areas - you'll only have icons for the modules that your school has access to.

### **Attendance tab**
This tab gives you a breakdown of the student’s overall attendance, further information about the types of marks recorded for them, lesson attendance by subject, a calendar view to spot patterns, and downloads for all of the tables.
### **Behaviour tab**
This tab gives you a full listing of the student's behaviour for the year. You can view a summary, all events, detentions details, comparisons in their teaching groups, and downloads for the data.
### **Homework tab**
Multiple tabs on this homework view organise the student’s homework tasks according to their status. If the school have enabled the ability for students to mark their homework as done, students will see an editable checkbox on their view, and staff will see a read-only version of this.
### **Inbox tab**
The online inbox tab shows any messages that have been sent to the student or their parents via email or a mobile app notification.
### **Progress tab**
The progress tab gives a breakdown of the student's grade and residual data, key statistics depending on the student’s key stage, and markbook data (in the detailed view). The student flight path chart is also available from this tab.
### **Reports tab**
This tab allows you to see the reports that have been snapshot/published for the student, along with a table showing their main progress grades used in reports for the academic year.
### **Timetable tab**
The timetable tab allows you to view the student's timetable, as well as move forward and backward through the weeks to see the timetable as it was.
### **Documents tab**
If a student has any documents linked to them, they will be displayed on this tab.
**Exams ( MIS only)**
If the student has exams set up in the exams module of the MIS, a season tab will show 'Upcoming exams' and all exams within a season. This could be for internal school exams i.e. mocks as well as external examinations.
The venue for the exam as well as the seat number will be visible if the exam has been seated.
