The GO 4 Schools support team can disable the document upload/download functionality - please contact us if you would like this functionality disabled.
The document upload functionality is available to users with the [Legacy] Document Manager role only, while download functionality is available to all staff. Student and parent availability can be disabled completely on the settings tab of Contact details and settings as well on a per document level.
