If your school has subscribed to tier 1 or above of the GO 4 Schools attendance module, you will also have a link to attendance statistics for predefined groups of students, such as KS3/KS4 students and KS5 students. These links are available under the Attendance menu:
On the page you will see charts showing attendance data over time, as well as details of mark types, as well as persistent absentee data, attendance bands, year group breakdowns, and focus group attendance data.
Persistent absentees
By clicking on the count of students classed as persistent absentees, you can see a list of the students. Leavers are highlighted in red:
You can export this list to work with externally, and there is a column also showing if the students are leavers:
Attendance in other bands
As with the persistent leavers, table, the list of students displayed, as well as the CSV download will indicate students who are leavers.
Breakdown by year group
Clicking on a year group will take you to an attendance analysis page for that year group, while clicking on the count of students will give you the students in those bands by year group. As with the above tables, students who are leavers are indicated in red, as well as flagged in the CSV download.
Focus groups
By clicking on any of the links in blue, you can view attendance by those focus groups only, below is the KS3/4 year groups attendance broken down by the Bus attribute:
