When assigning follow up actions to behaviour events, there are three options:
- Mandatory - These actions will automatically assign the managed detention action to the student(s), and place them into the allocation pool, they cannot be removed.
- Recommended - These actions will be pre-populated into the behaviour event, and if not removed, will assign the managed detention action to the student(s), and place them into the allocation pool. They are able to be removed from the event.
- Optional - These will not be assigned to the event automatically, and will need to be added to the event by staff raising the event, using the link to Add optional follow up action.
