How actual grades are used in GO 4 Schools statistics

Above most statistics tables you will see the following tool:

Your school manager can choose your school's default settings for which grade types include the influence of students' uploaded actual grades on the grade settings page, however each user can override those default settings on a page by page basis by using the above tool. Where the influence of actual grades is included, GO 4 Schools will compare any actual grades with the grade type, and choose the higher value. For example, if a projected grade has been set at 5, but the student has an actual grade of 6, GO 4 Schools will use the higher of the two values in the statistics (as the student will never get less than a 6). If you wish to exclude actual grades from the statistics, you can use the tool above.
