Tables checking
Tables checking service In June and September schools are asked to check their data for the cohort and given the opportunity to make certain changes prior to it being published in performance tables.
GIAP (Get Information about Pupils)
A national pupil database which allows you to search for UPNs and obtain pupil premium information - DfE video here.
GIAS (Get information about Schools)
A register of all schools in England. You can find information about a school including DfE number from this site. Updating information for your school is done through DfE Sign-in.

LRS - Learning Records Service
LRS The Personal Learning Record is an online compilation of a person’s learning and achievement records collected by UK education bodies. Schools can login to the LRS portal to view students awards, certificates and qualifications that have already been collected by UK education bodies. From September 2018 onwards LRS allowed schools to process partial CTF files directly through the LRS portal. This new functionality allows schools to upload partial CTF files, resolve any issues, and then download processed CTF files containing the ULNs for their pupils.
